Are you an experienced professional in Sales or Fundraising? Are you passionate about advancing gender equality in the workplace? One Loud Voice for Women is looking for two dedicated trustees to help lead us on our journey of impact.

We are particularly interested in anyone who is passionate about creating better workplaces by bolstering gender partnerships. 

About Us: One Loud Voice is a UK-based charity committed to transforming workplaces into inclusive environments where gender equality is the norm. We aim to bolster the female talent pipeline, helping women in the ‘sticky middle’ to successfully navigate their workplaces through our innovative programmes and resources.

The Role: We’re looking for two trustees:

1. Sales – Help us build strategic partnerships and streamline our growth.

2. Fundraising Trustee – Use your fundraising skills to support and expand our initiatives, ensuring we can continue our mission of driving change.

   
   

The trustees support the Chair in their leadership of the Board for this entrepreneurial charity. The new trustees will have a can-do mindset and be happy to roll up their sleeves to help us grow the charity and realise its social impact potential. 

Meaningful relevant experience is essential for both these roles, whilst previous experience as a charitable trustee would be helpful. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with relevant sales, fundraising, executive or board leadership experience (non-profit, public or private sector).  

We actively encourage applications from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.

Commitment: Approx. four hours per week, including quarterly trustee meetings, project meetings / management plus participation in conferences and events as required.
